Rooms will be held as a block until Friday, April 16, 2010 (Group Code "EPA Modelers Meeting") at the group rate of $120 (plus tax, currently the combined sales tax is 12.5%.) After April 16, the rooms will be released from the block to be sold to the general public.  If you have trouble obtaining that rate contact modelingworkshop@ecrweb.com.

Each attendee will be responsible for any cancellation of their own room by 24 hours prior to arrival date to avoid penalty (a charge for one night's stay.) Check-in time is 4:00 pm, check-out time is 12:00 pm.
