Rooms will be held as a block until Monday, May 19, 2008 (Group Code "EPA Modelers Meeting ") at the group rate of $140 (plus tax, currently the combined sales tax is 6.5%.) After May 19, the rooms will be released from the block to be sold to the general public.  You must obtain the group rate of $140 when you make your reservation.  If you have trouble obtaining that rate contact Kathy Boyer at EC/R inc.  Do not agree to a higher rate.  Rates will not be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is requested.

Each attendee will be responsible for any cancellation of their own room at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty (a charge for one night's stay.) Check-in time is 3:00 pm, check-out time is 12:00 pm.
